VXi OUT-OF-WARRANTY CUSTOMER CARE PROGRAMS
Our expedited repair process provides you with like-new products, enhanced warranty periods and fast turnaround times!
Exchange any out-of warranty VXi headset or amplifier for a “like-new” remanufactured product or receive a trade-in allowance towards the purchase of a new VXi headset or amplifier.
HOW DOES THE EXCHANGE PROGRAM WORK?
- For a portion of the cost of the original product, you can exchange any out-of-warranty VXi headset or amplifier for a “like-new” remanufactured product, complete with new ear cushions, windscreens and a new warranty.
- Fill out the Exchange Claim Form, indicating the number of VXi products you are exchanging.
- Send the completed Exchange Claim Form, payment information, and out-of-warranty products to VXi, postage paid. Send form here.
- Within 48 hours of receipt, VXi will ship the like-new remanufactured products to the address specified on the Exchange Claim Form.

HOW DOES THE TRADE-IN PROGRAM WORK?
- Purchase any new VXi corded headset(s) or amplifier(s) of your choice from VXi or an authorized VXi Reseller.
- Trade-in any out-of-warranty headset or amplifier, including any competitive headset or amplifier, and receive a $5 trade-in allowance for each unit traded in, with proof of purchase.
- Call our VXi Customer Service at 800-742-8588 for a Return Authorization number.
- Fill out the Trade-in Claim Form, indicating the number of products you are trading in.
- Within 30 days of your reseller’s invoice date, send to VXi proof of purchase documentation for your new VXi product(s), the completed Trade-in Claim Form, and the products you are trading in.
- Upon receipt of these items, VXi will send your trade-in rebate check to the address specified on the Trade-in Claim Form. Allow 3-4 weeks for processing.
SHIPPING AND PAYMENT CHARGES:
- Exchanged products are shipped ground, unless requested otherwise. You will be responsible for all shipping charges, including shipping out-of-warranty and trade-in products to VXi as well as all return shipping charges.
- Payments for exchanged products can be made by credit card (MasterCard, Visa or AmEx) or valid purchase order.
- This program is available only in North America.
